I contacted many Inifiniti dealerships in the Miami area over the phone regarding the lease of a G37 Sedan to minimize the on-site haggling. One of my last conversations was with Ralph Reichhold at Cocount Creek Infiniti who told me he would definitely work with the numbers I had proposed. I made the long trek to Coconut Creek from Miami to find outstanding service from Ralph and Mark Retzkin and no bait and switch... they delivered as promised. I had the worst buying experience of my life at the Infinity dealership in Coconut Creek Florida.
The credit associate, John Shirley, messed up my warranty and then the dealership messed up my financing. When I was contacted by them regarding these issues the credit manager (did not get his name) was extremely rude and told me they had to follow company policy.
They did not follow their policies when messing up my paperwork. At no time did he apologize or show any concern that I had to go to the dealership 3 times. I chose this dealership because of the vehicle, but knowing how badly they treat their customers when they make a mistake, I will not be recommending them to anyone!
This was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked onto the showroom floor. Our salesman Marc, was knowledgable and extremely helpful. There was a lot to choose from and they worked with us with the whole way. Thank you coconut creek infiniti you made car buying so easy!
Mark Retzkin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient in explaining all the cars features and technology. He followed up after our purchase to be sure we could use the Blue tooth system and satellite radio system
Since April 2011 I had Leased 2 INFINITI cars : M 37 2011 and recently the New JX 35 SUV / Crossover .... My experience was excellent . Both deals went smooth and I got what I wanted (price = payments )/ Best offer then other INFINITI dealers . Randy , Ricardo and Gerald treated us (Me & Wife ) very nice and never felt them Pushy or in a Hurry . WE spent time looking for the vehicle we wanted and the options we liked . Thanks IOCC .

My sales consultant Mark Retzkin was exceptional! First, I believe that I bought my new car for the right price-witthout a hassle! The business office and signing papers was fast and smooth! Then, Mark showed me all the new features of my car! Yes, he hooked up my Bluetooth, set my headlight timers to my desired turnoff time, adjusted and set my seat and then when I had difficulty setting home link with my garage door, he came to my home and climbed up on the ladder and did it for me!!! I could really tell that he loves this car and was happy for me to have one! There is no better sales person than someone who really believes in their product! This dealership is lucky to have a rep like him!
I had the best experience at the dealership and with Mark Retzkin. Mark was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable of the product. He wasnt pushy or arrogant like at other dealerships(CS Honda).Mark went above and beyond, he followed up after the purchase and made me feel like he would always be available if I needed anything else. My experience was smooth and easy. A nice touch was that all the other leaders at the dealership all introduced themselves and offered their assistance as well. When I walked in...there he was, Ivan Mitchell. What a super nice guy! Polite, helpful, reassuring and, most of all, very tolerant of my many many questions! I bought the lease out on my car; haven't been down this avenue before. I didn't have a trust issue (quite possible when dealing with a car salesman) with him. Ivan returned my phone calls and emails...I never had to follow up with him. Funny guy too! Relaxed and not uptight. He asked me the appropriate questions to make sure my needs where met and I was making the best decision for myself. Should you ever buy an Infiniti, go to Coconut Creek (a really nice group of people) and deal with Ivan. And once you buy, definitely deal with Steven Fisher for all of your maintenance needs. He's just as fabulous!
